When you submit the contact form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, country, selected service and the message you write, together with the date and time of submission and your consent record.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts on this website.

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting engagement. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, once an engagement begins, the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We never sell your data and we do not use it for marketing without separate consent.

Submissions are stored in a secured, access-controlled database hosted within the European Union, and a notification is sent to our own business inbox. Access is limited to authorised personnel of Nautivera Maritime.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to an engagement are retained for as long as required by Dutch commercial and tax law, after which they are deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Email info@nautivera.nl and we will action requests within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Operational and vessel documentation shared with us is treated as confidential and is only handled for the purpose of the agreed work. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any documents are exchanged.
